Emeryville, Calif., December 9, 2005 —BigFix Director Rhonda Hocker was honored by the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and Executives (FWE&E) for her innovative and proactive contributions to the software industry at an awards celebration on December 7, 2005 in Palo Alto, California. Hocker was presented the organization’s Navigator Award, a distinction that recognizes women who have been appointed to a Board of Directors in the last year. Founded in 1993, The Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and Executives is a professional networking organization for women who positively contribute to the building and growth of business.

Hocker joined the BigFix Board of Directors in November of 2005, bringing more than 20 years of high tech experience to the company. In this capacity, she works with the BigFix board of directors and senior management to promote technology innovation, identify key trends in the industry and respond to changing requirements of IT organizations. In addition to her role as a BigFix director, Hocker serves as the CIO of BEA Systems, where she provides strategic and functional direction for all aspects of the company’s global IT environment.
